Studio 775 will reward exceptional sales efforts in the following manner:
@ $750,000 aggregate sales (design + production), the franchisee royalties increase to 25% of creative/design work and 15% of print/production.

@$1,000,000 aggregate sales (design + production), the franchisee royalties increase to 35% of creative/design work and remain at 15% of print/production.

As an example, a franchisee that sells $500,000 of design work and $500,000 of print production would be as follows:

$1,000,000 aggregate sales level
35% of $500,000 design work = $175,000 net to franchisee
15% of $500,000 print production = $75,000 net to franchisee
Total net to franchisee: $250,000
Minus one-time franchise fee of $25,000
First year net for franchisee: $225,000
